Our client, a leading telecommunications provider specializing in fiber optic services, wanted to expand its market presence in regions without its own infrastructure. He decided to offer services via the networks of other telecommunications companies as part of a wholebuy business model.

Our solution

To enable the wholebuy strategy, comprehensive wholebuy processes had to be set up. These processes should include three core functionalities:

  1. S/PRI interface adapter: to integrate with third-party network providers.
  2. Wholebuy order management: To manage orders related to Wholebuy services.
  3. Integration with existing resource order management and service order management: To ensure seamless operation within the customer’s existing infrastructure.

Our implementation

We developed the solution concept and implemented the necessary systems. The project comprised the following steps:

  • Analysis and creation of use cases for all relevant processes, including service provision, termination and service changes.
  • Development and implementation of the Wholebuy order management system.
  • Ensuring seamless integration with the client’s existing Resource Order Management System and Service Order Management System.

Following the introduction of the Wholebuy Order Management System

  • the customer was able to quickly expand its Wholebuy business.
  • the Wholebuy platform became an important part of the client’s business within a few months.
  • the customer successfully expanded its market reach and increased sales in regions where it did not have its own infrastructure.
